It begins with an explanatory video and talk, to then get in touch with the equipment, in order to know how it works.

First, some surface practice is done, with the water up to your waist, and then we dive.

Diving time depends on the tank load, between half an hour and fifty minutes. An instructor coordinates the experience, so that it is safe and comfortable all the time.

It is not necessary to have previous experience for this diving. It can be done by people over 10 years old, and in good health. It is also essential to know how to swim and feel comfortable in the water.
